I also built a data pipeline to surface key insights on user engagement, which helped guide strategies to reduce churn. My work has also involved improving API functionality, reinforcing test suites for reliability, and implementing web scraping and reporting automations to streamline client operations.Previously at MHSW, I developed internal tools, predictive analytics, and custom dashboards. I was also responsible for the creation of a large internal web application, working on the backend (Flask/Python) while also designing mobile interfaces using React Native and TypeScript and leading a small team on the frontend development (React).
