I work in the North Operations Logistics Department. My main responsability is to coordinate the implementation of EHS-MS - Health, Safety and Environment Management System. Between 2012 and 2013 I worked as the coordinator of HS Risk Management, Fatality Prevention Committee and HS Recognition Program.

Acted as EHS Compliance Leader (3 staff), ensuring control records, compliance with legal / Alcoa requirements and cost optimization of the EHS department at the Maranhão Aluminum Consortium - ALUMAR (BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto Alcan, Alcoa). My main responsibilities were: - Leader of Improvements Team for international standards compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000 and OHSAS 18001); - Development Coordinator for plant EHS software (accidents, behavioral observations, analysis of operational risks, Alcoa audits standards and legal requirements); - Coordinator of continuous improvement (Kaizen) process for EHS; - Lead Auditor of the Integrated Management System at Alcoa locations; - Plant EWRM (Worldwide Enterprise Risk Management) Team Leader. - Human Performance Facilitator
