I'm a Manager with more than 20 years’ experience in IT with a long experience on Managing Sales Pre Sales Teams in a Large Multinational Software Company. I used to lead up to 20 direct reports (including up to 4 Middle Managers) and several Virtual Teams with outstanding results both in people management (Appointed Manager of the year in 2009, outstanding level of Internal Satisfaction) and Revenue/Pipeline generation and Proof Of Concepts for large Accounts. In addition I’ve been in charge with my teams of several special projects such as Desktop Deployments/TCO (Ranked #1 in Western Europe) and Customer Satisfaction (>95% for Proof of concept delivered by my teams). I’ve been part of International Teams to redefine Pre Sales Roles and Tools (forecasting and scorecards). I also have been responsible of many Joint Projects with external Technology and Business Partners representing my company. I covered various topics ranging from Cloud and Data Center and Infrastructures to Desktop Deployment and Management with relevant business responsibilities and focusing on Modernization, Consolidation and IT Change worked close with Large Customer IT Departments. I also have experience in Business Operations and Internal Processes and in particular on Balanced Scorecards , Budget, Forecasting and Business Planning while driving dedicated teams. I'm actually engaged in a Startup in the Healthcare Sector as Strategy and Innovation Leader. I've been part of the Board of a Private Company.
