Always had interest for statistics, analizing trends, that involved simple programming on Python, later become familiar with Java, studied a lot and found my first job. Work drove my motivation for learning new technologies and technics in order to implement some of them in project to solve challenging tasks. Try to use framework possibilities and patterns, that speeds up development process and bring better code architecture.My last project was developing motivation module for CRM application, that involved setting targets in the context of turnover and task implementation for subsidiaries, supervisors, managers, workers through the whole organisation, presenting fullfilments statistics in personal account for every employee.
