My responsibilities encompass talent acquisition and retention, performance evaluations, and serving as the development manager for iControl, a versatile television signal and network monitoring system. I also oversee the organization of "scrum of scrums," manage critical customer defects, ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage third-level support for priority customers. My role involves active participation in strategic planning meetings, facilitation of scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.), and the tracking and communication of team velocity and sprint/release progress.Notable Achievements:• Implemented and proficiently carried out planned maintenance releases for the iControl platform.• Reduced the release cycles for the iControl platform from 8 months to less than 3 months, resulting in a significant improvement in product quality.• Achieved the lowest customer defect rate per million dollars of NRE for all software products in 2012.• Refined and implemented an R&D support structure for iControl.• Reduced the time to resolve critical customer issues from 1 week to 0.4 weeks.• Introduced over 1000 new features, improvements, and bug fixes within 1.5 years.• Markedly improved the efficiency of professional service teams, enabling them to deliver more systems.• Implemented JIRA, a project and issue tracking system adopted company-wide.• Implemented Confluence.

Reporting to the Director of NMS, I oversee a team of 9 software designers and architects. In close collaboration with the product manager, my responsibilities include conducting customer needs analysis and proposing innovative solutions within the constraints of budgets and deadlines, resource, and priority management to achieve product release goals, project management, effort estimation for project fulfillment, design and development, mentoring and supervision of analysts and consultants, as well as the creation and documentation of technical materials. I also provide support to sales, integration, and quality assurance teams.Notable Achievements:• Successfully led a team of professionals in migrating data infrastructure to support various multi-image systems.• Reduced the time required to bring Interface cards software updates into production from 6 months to approximately 3 months.• Effectively implemented the configuration and setup of multi-image systems tailored to the specific requirements of diverse clients.
