Direction of IT department (70 FTEs - €20m budget). Responsible to define and execute IT vision and strategy to support company growth.

Support/backup of IT director (strategy, budget, team management, operations and development). Direct contacts/visits with key partners to promote IT services and ensure expectations were fully met.

Management of 20 FTEs and 3 teams (business analysts, testers, architecture and security teams), assisting IT director in definition and execution of IT strategy.
