With over 30 years of experience in leading large teams in the fast-changing environment that is the telecom industry, I constantly look for ways to improve our customer operations and accelerate digital transformation. I focus with my teams on bringing customer-centricity at the heart of all of our operations and procedures within Proximus, with the support of technologies such as AI or data analytics. Our goal: continuously improve the quality of our customer experience. In addition I’m in charge of transversal growth opportunities in the field of e-Health and e-Education: progress in those fields are in my opinion crucial in the development of our society. But that's not it. We need to reduce the digital divide, by providing better connectivity to more people, along with generalized digital education. Sustainability is also high on my priority list: being sensible to nature and all its powers, I'm deeply aware of our responsibility as a company to act for the environment. That's why I've launched with my teams several projects to improve our carbon footprint, especially in our logistics.
