With over 12 years of nursing experience, I am a certified RN who works at Lee Health, a large and reputable health system in Southwest Florida. As an Administrative Supervisor, I oversee the daily staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple units and departments, ensuring optimal patient care, quality, and safety. I also communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, such as physicians, nurses, managers, and administrators, using electronic health records (EHR) and other tools. In addition, I support the implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the mission and vision of Lee Health, as well as the standards and best practices of the nursing profession.
