Electronic Test Technician
Current• Set up and configure testing equipment and instrumentation to ensure accurate and repeatable test conditions using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies, and multimeters.• Collect, record, and analyze test data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.• Identify and diagnose technical issues or anomalies during testing and collaborate with engineers to resolve them promptly.• Maintain detailed records of test procedures, results, and any deviations or discrepancies encountered during testing.• Identify defects, non-conformities, or deviations from specifications and report findings to relevant teams.• Prepare comprehensive test reports summarizing results, compliance status, and any recommended actions or improvements.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to address issues and optimize product performance.• Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze test data and identify trends, patterns, or potential areas for improvement.• Keep informed and support the Company's ISO14001 Environmental Management System and ISO9001 Quality Management System and improvement team activities including seeking new ‘green’ opportunities and suggestions on how the business can improve.• Responsible for adhering to the Company’s ISO 9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental, and Health and Safety management systems.
