Perform the cost, communication and risk assessment which shall be used for the development of project, and assist product marketing in RFQ and business development for prospective customersDirectly monitors project execution and consolidates feedback from customer to be reported to the team for appropriate action, and assist in coordination with manufacturing and other support groups with regards to engineering change orders and bills of materialsResponsible for identifying business development opportunities with existing accounts and generating business plan and for maintaining and improving business portability and sustainabilityEnsure all customer requirements and purchased orders are addressed, managed and communicated

Monitor and sustain daily product quality in terms of in-process contamination detection and outgoing cleanliness and ensure all products are within cleanliness specification upon shipment. Perform evaluation and qualification of new process and product to improve product quality and productivity.Responsible for failure analysis and finding the root cause of contamination defects using DMAIC Methodology.Responsible to ensure that all cleaning machines are functional and stable for mass production and to monitor its daily performance in terms of its parameters by using SPC. Work with Equipment Engineering for tool optimization and machine failure analysis.Manage technicians in their daily KPIs and ensuring all operation and process concerns are being taken into account and appropriate actions are provided.
