Joined the early Leadership team before Series A and ramped-up the Product & Design area from a single IC to 6: 3× Designers + 3× PM during a fast-paced high-growth period (4× headcount in 2 years). Key outcomes:— Designed, deployed and scaled product processes for continuous discovery, planning, delivery and enablement of GTM teams.— Discovered and shipped loveable Generative AI products with incredible traction in user adoption and fast penetration in the customer base.— Focus on Quick Wins yielding a significant NPS increase in Q3 & Q4 2023.

Led the No-Code product area with the support of a Sr. PM. Focused on internal alignment and adjusting the product strategy towards support of cross-functional collaboration in the OutSystems ecosystem.Co-designed a B2B Product Learning Academy @OutSystems.

Led the Financial Crime unit (4× PM), ramping up the Anti Money Laundering vertical.Founded the Product Ops Strategy group (3× PM), focusing on internal communications and hiring processes. Accelerated hiring (-20% time to hire) for the whole tech dept. (150+ FTE).Hired the team (6× PM) and led the Fraud Analyst Tools area. Key team outcomes:— Standardised Insights product, significantly reducing TCO. — Novel Customer Development program using design sprints.— Improved overall GTM, enabling Sales teams with rich, story driven demos.Hired the 1st generation of Product Managers, Designers, and Product Marketing Managers.Started as an IC in the Fraud Analyst Tools area focusing on the Case Manager product, quickly progressing to a lead role.

Led a distributed team of 6 on-site product release specialists managing the roll-out of new features in warehouses in Germany, Italy and Poland to a global 6000+ strong logistics workforce.Led x-functional teams to research, design and ship new simple and effective loveable products for daily usage of warehouse staff teams, improving internal NPS and supporting Logistics Operations department in breaking efficiency records quarter over quarter.Led the 2nd and 3rd editions of the rotational Trainee program @Zalando.Managed the program to implement Express Delivery. This was a x-functional effort rallying 10 tech teams (50+ people) and spanning multiple quarters. Delivered the project on time and fulfilling the target SLA and business KPI.

Improved order grouping heuristics to yield higher workforce productivity by shortening distances travelled per item.

Researched an artificial memory model designed for faster and iterative retrieval which yields a hierarchical categorisation of memory traces. This work led to a Journal publication.

Advised large Financial companies on IT Strategy, continuity plans, QA strategy, etc.

Led the conception, design and implementation of an Incident Management tool using the Outsystems platform.
