In the development stages of an online business. The goal is to empower educators to pursue a career in international schools. We work individually with clients in sourcing schools, providing recruiting tips, and developing their interview skills. Currently designing a website and launching social media campaigns. Writing blogs, developing webinars, and building learning modules. Marketing offer stacks and sales funnels for individuals and international schools.

Initiated and led the school to candidacy of its IB Middle Years and Diploma Programs. Counseled and mentored administrators and upper management. Used strategic goals for hiring staff, designing policies and writing handbooks. Worked in conjunction with Senior Leadership Team to initiate CIS accreditation. Developed partnerships with WIDA and NWEA to assess student growth. Evaluated staff via goal development, observation and feedback using Danielson framework. Initiated associate membership with CEESA schools. Completed a 2-year post and returned to the States to be with family..

Evaluated, observed and mentored teachers. Provided professional development for 60+ staff. Maintained confidential student records and attendance data. Assisted admissions department with student interviews and parent meetings. Advised student council and aided in student events: monthly assemblies, beach clean-ups, dances, and drama productions. Organized international trips and intercultural events: Relay for Life, TEDxYouth, class trips to Vietnam, Indonesia, MUN trips to New Delhi and Paris, and exchanges with a Denmark high school. Completed a 2-year post and extended 1 year, then moved to senior administrator role in Russia.

Taught science and math in middle and high school. Developed science units and curriculum, maintained orderly records, evaluated students, and participated on strategic planning, technology, finance and policy committees. Chaired the Middle States Association’s respect committee for school accreditation. Hired and evaluated coaches, maintained athletic budget, as well as planned athletic schedules for 8 sports. Organized international school athletic trips and hosted more than 8 international tournaments. Completed extended post then moved to administrator role in India.
