As a GPS Assignment Coordinator for Indah Logistik, I'm responsible for overseeing the integration of the company's branches in Manado, Cikarang, and Samarinda into Unilever's Digital Logistics system. In this role, I played important part in ensuring that Indah Logistik's GPS tracking system (ORIN GPS) was seamlessly integrated with Unilever's TMS, allowing for real-time monitoring and efficient logistics management.In addition to my work with the Manado, Cikarang, and Samarinda branches, I'm also responsible for monitoring the Padang, Banjarmasin, Makassar, and Pekanbaru branches to ensure that they were following the same standard of integration and coordination. This required me to have a strong understanding of both Unilever's TMS and Indah Logistik's ORIN GPS Tracking Platform, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

As a Customer Service Representative for ORIN, I play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. My primary responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from customers and assist them with their orders, questions, inquiries, and any other needs that they may have.I'm the first point of contact for customers, and it is my job to listen to their concerns, provide them with accurate information, and help them resolve any issues they may have with ORIN's products or services. I'm responsible for designing and creating print materials for our clients, as well as for operating and maintaining our printing machines.My primary responsibility is meet with clients face-to-face to understand their needs and design print materials that meet their requirements. I'm also responsible for maintaining the machines, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.This role requires a strong combination of technical skills, creativity, and customer service.
