Responsibilities:-Develop ideas and create creative content to advertise on paid traffic platforms such as; Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads-Develop SOPs for how to handle customers via chat so that purchases occur (closing). -Create a website (Landing Page) to be advertised.-Create an ad campaign using the split test method and analyze ads to get a winning campaign. -Scale up ads with scale-up and scale-out methods.  Hiring and interviewing team candidates.-Ensure that the team works according to the SOP and achieves the target. -Become a speaker at office events for training teams that have just joined the company. -Control and create a finance system starting from money in and out. -Conduct research and create list of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and Influencer for targeted endorsement purpose.Achievement:-Increased the company's turnover by IDR 1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiahs) in the first four months of work. -Built and managed teams built from 0 to 20 people in the field; sales (digital marketing), content creators andfinance team. -Collaborated with content creators and artists. -Fulfilled the sales target given by the company in the amount of Rp. 450,000,000 (four hundred and fifty millionrupiah).-Occupied the highest sales position in the Jakarta branch and the third highest in branches throughout Indonesia. -Fulfilled the sales target of Rp. 1,225,000,000 (one billion two hundred and twenty-five million rupiahs) within three months, thus winning the competition and getting a Europe Trip prize of Rp. 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiahs).
