I am responsible for Organizational Development, People Development, Talent Development & Talent Management, Performance Management, designing and reviewing organization to suit company business objectives, conducting job analysis, responsible for operating and managing SAP SuccessFactors and managing employee careers from Staff level to Division Head (executive) level (PPA & Group - one layer below the Board of Directors) about 2.000 employees out of a total of more than 12.000 employees.

In this company I was assigned to work at the PT Adidaya Tangguh iron ore mine site project in North Maluku, our company provides the workforce in it.I have responsibilities for Recruitment, Training & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Industrial Relations. The number of employees we manage in this area is more than 600 employees.
