• Develop, evaluate, and direct implementation of individualized ABA Program and home schooling. Analyze and monitor data collection procedures to determine clients’ progress. Train and supervise Bachelor level employees. • Write Behavior Reduction Plans. • Create task analysis and teaching materials. • Collaborate with child’s interagency team. • Conduct ABA curriculum assessments using Woodcock Johnson, GORT, DKEF, and AFLS. • Maintain compliance with internal, education and state regulations. • Implement ABA program to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, addressing executive functioning, life skills, social skills, and academic skills. Clients aged 16-22 years.

• Work with Director to assure all behavioral needs within each child’s ecology. • Ensure behavioral interventions include generalization of skills, and maintenance of positive program effects beyond the program environment. • Maintain compliance with internal, federal/educational regulations. • Supervise, Train Bachelor and Master’s level employees with principles of ABA, Functional Behavior Assessments, data collection, etc.

• Supervise Master’s Level BSC + MT clinicians. • Monitor daily family / TSS schedule, hire / train TSS + BSC staff. • Assess internal training gap to determine training needs of staff. • Oversee productivity of all staff to ensure fiscal requirements. • Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
