Area Manager
Current- assist client with strategic goals- grow key client relationships- organise account planning activities- define account challenges- write and present detailed business plans to clients- oversee implementation of approved plans and strategies- staying apprised of client's products, services, and developments as well as industry changes and proactively providing the best service for clients- ensuring account executives are apprised of all relevant account details and strategic goals- assembling team-based environment for each project and chose the right team for each project- recruitment activities- schedule planning and execution to contractual requirements- managing invoice accuracy, submittal and collection of payments from client- ensure all account payroll and billing accuracy- lead, coach, mentor and evaluate staff- liaise with suppliers including approving vendor invoices- monitoring and reviewing account financial status- strong leadership and customer service skills- ability to take initiative to ensure client satisfaction - strong interpersonal communication skills- strong organisational and project management skills- provide strategic consultation and input to clients by working closely with senior management to ensure client requirements are met- represent the company by attending and participating in job fairs, networking events, and client functions
