• Workplace Skills Plans & Annual Training reports.• Development of new programs.• Management of Learner, apprenticeships and intern programs.• General management of the training budget and employees.• Contact with relevant SETA’s and training institutes.• Facilitation, assessment, and moderation within the company’s development programs.• Development of training material (learner guides / facilitation guides / Slide Shows etc.)• Annual feedback on training and development

• Administration of the branches’ daily admin duties;• Banking of money;• Petty Cash;• Taking of minutes;• Reconciliation of debit and credit accounts.
