Lead the Electrophysiology Business Service and Operations for Heraeus. Responsibilities include Global P&L for the EP Business, Growth Strategy, Assets, Cashflow Management, Customer Service and team leadership of a Business dedicated to the design, manufacture and sales of Access, Mapping and Ablation Catheters along with Complex Electronic Assemblies in the EP Diagnostic and Study Space.

Direction of the Costa Rica Operations. The local facilities sell, manufacture and ship Medical Devices around the world. Responsibilities include P&L, Long Term Strategy for the Site, Customer Service Management, Direction & Goal Setting, Leadership of the Site's Management Team, Productivity, Engineering, Quality and New Products Introduction in a fast pace, high growth and highly regulated business environment.

Management of the Costa Rica Site Operations and the Global Production Support Engineering Team: Responsible for the Sites' services, engineering, process, quality and new products transfers. Deployment of the company’s goals ensuring their implementation and successful achievement in the Costa Rica Site, China Repair Center and the Philippines Engineering Team. On these areas, I provided leadership, budget control, results and compliance accountability while driving a continuous improvement culture based on Six Sigma and TQM on an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 environment. I also represented the operation with our field teams and customers visits or escalations.

Global Customer Services - Repair Manager. In charge of repair services for Teradyne's products. Management of a team 300 people worldwide in 2 locations: Costa Rica, and Cebu in the Philippines. Management of budgets, strategy and the interfacing to our customer base around the world. Control of all aspects of the business related to productivity, costs, quality, legal compliance, facility management and team leadership.

Management of the Costa Rica Repair Operation from Plant Start up (as an Engineer and Supervisor) to its consolidation in a second facility as the Site Manager. In charge of all productivity, budget, quality and continuous improvement of the repair group along with all site related maintenance and local compliance under Costa Rica's law and the Technology transfers from the U.S. sites to the Costa Rica Facility. Lead a group of supervisors and engineers that managed an operation of 70 Test Technicians and Assemblers with 200 repair transactions per week.

As part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, I was one of the engineers in charge of equipment automation, maintenance, start up and validation projects, along with leadership and supervision of the manufacturing technical team involved on such projects.
