I was a classroom teacher for 11 years, and was involved in curriculum writing, and adoption processes and professional development. As a classroom teacher and leader of my colleagues, my responsibilities ranged from communicating with parents to providing training for teachers who were learning new programs and more effective ways to teach.

My co-director responsibilities entailed developing and maintaing an operating budget, curriculum, and parent handbook. My teacher responsibilities were to ensure proper communication with individual families about the development of their child, as well as lesson planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 3- 5.
