In my role as a Recruitment Consultant, I provide full life-cycle recruitment support for clients throughout the South Africa. To do this, I built and cultivated strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, and maintained an up to date pipeline and progress reports. As a Senior Recruiter, I also train new employees on recruiting and sourcing best practices, interviewing techniques, and applicant tracking system protocols to name a few. Additionally, I have extra responsibilities performing weekly system audits to ensure data and reporting accuracy, and served quarterly as a social media team lead where I developed strategies to promote the Wilson brand to our clients and position ourselves as thought leaders within the human resources industry via engagement with Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
