I was to multi task at front desk which meant answering multiple phone lines, assisting store managers with certain transactions such as purchase orders returns, and special orders, contacting other stores for product if necessary,cross selling products, knowledge of basic products and know where they were located, how to process online orders and have them ready for pick up, count cash and put product out help replenishing product. giving excellent customer service.

at Lowes I assisted customers with there special orders entering there personal information when they would apply for credit, also help train new employees, and stock and show them what store policies and procedures were for returns if needed, answer phones and do opening and closing procedures and getting store ready for the next business day.

My job at Target as a sales floor team leader had many duties, which included running my own department which included stocking and setting my own department and setting product out for weekly ads, trained and coached many new team members was part of a hiring team which would include of doing some interviews for new employment process,and writing annual reviews for there work performance, also had at times to take part of running the store while store executives would be in a weekly meeting making manager decisions to accident reports following policies and procedures, and ensuring a brand looking store, knowledge of running the front end cashiers to the replenishment team on the floor and also ran the presentation team overnight which I ran my own team to set up new departments for the new transitions that were for the following season. and holidays, also worked along side with store executives and store managers on opening and closing procedures to get store ready for next business day.
