In my role as Manufacturing ERP Manager I'm:- Leading and motivating a geographically diverse team of solution architects and external vendors, and coordinate with Enterprise Architecture and Operations teams- Providing oversight of the delivery of Manufacturing related programs and projects whether delivered by internal resources or third-party suppliers- Shaping and planning significant investment projects- Contribute to development, active promotion and compliance of the delivery principles, policies, standards, methods and tools to be applied across all Manufacturing ERP and MES programs and projects- Work with customers to understand needs and implement the solution vision.

In this role my principle accountabilities are:• Support the IT Business Partners with shaping new demand for IT solutions into project or change proposals• Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to capture detailed business and technology requirements for a new or changed IT solution• Identify solution functionality risks and gaps and work closely with the relevant stakeholder to resolve them• Develop comprehensive solution requirement specifications and contribute to project estimates (cost, time, resource requirements, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)• Document detailed solution architecture, requirements and specifications• Monitor and improve the documentation framework for functional specifications, functional integration tests and user acceptance tests • Review and approve functional specifications and test plans in area of expertise• Obtain solution design approval from all relevant stakeholders to proceed to solution build• Work closely with the other project team members throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure the solution is delivered in alignment with the functional specifications and business requirements

Responsible for design, improvement and implementation of Enterprise Solutions in the functional areas Forecast to Requirement and Make to Stock. Managing a team of Solution Engineers and a Solution Architect.

Responsible for solution design, process improvements and global implementation of Production planning, detailed scheduling, Shopfloor/MES and Sales processes.

Managing day to day operational business in receiving, warehousing and shipping of Electronical devices.Initiating and implementing proces improvements.Purchase of capital warehouse equipment.Maintain level of personnel.
