My job is about traveling within Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean Delivering FC or iSCSI Storage Solutions for Dell customers and also implementing Internetworking Solutions between PC Switches, Cisco and 3Com Ethernet Switches. Helping customers to better understand and utilize their recent bought systems.Sometimes we help customers to design the solution for their recent bought storage systems. I completed this goal being very dedicated explaining customers how their storage systems works in their own words, so they can understand how can manage their storage systems after I leave.I am also proudly satisfied for helping my OU to save money doing successfully remote implementations of storage systems; this means that I guide customers thru the physical rack and stack of the storage systems and its components, including the right backend, frontend and electrical cabling.
