After being corporate for more than 3 decades I have made a complete career change!March 15th 2021, the acquisition of Tasty Food ApS became a reality. Tasty Food is a manufactor of fond, places, bouillon, sauces, soups and the like.This a new industry for me, and the journey so far has been exiting, however my experience can be used in a completely different way. For more than 15 years, I have created results in the consulting industry, working with large digital transformation projects and working with large transformations projects at large customers primarily listed. I have great experience within large IT and process outsourcing projects (near- and offshore), and with creating complex sourcing strategies for clients, implementing these with large financial benefits.I see solutions not limitations in tasks; I love creating structure in chaos, and have over time managed to get a lot of bad managed projects back on track.My background is finance and accounting. I started my career as an accountant in Copenhagen obtaining the certification Registered Public Accountant, after which I moved into the industry where I have had a number of positions in various companies as Finance Manager, Account Executive and CFO. During my career, I have developed a passion for a commercial mind-set supplemented by driving state of the art solutions to the companies (Clients) I have been working with. I have worked closely in the area between delivery and sales in the last decade. I’m a relationship type of person, who rely on building the right relationship with important stakeholders.
