René Hernández is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Travelers of Florida. He oversees the Company’s Personal Lines legal function. In this role, he works closely with the company’s senior leadership team on a wide range of business and strategic matters. Mr. Hernández joined Travelers of Florida in 2006. Prior to joining Travelers of Florida, Mr. Hernández was Senior Corporate Counsel for Allstate Insurance Company where he handled complex regulatory, insurance and corporate matters. Mr. Hernández received his undergraduate degree from Florida International University with a major in International Relations.
