As Vice President at J.L. He has been a member of JLR’s Board since 2015 and is the Director responsible for Corporate Services and LCI Engineering Inc., a subsidiary of JLR.René is one of JLR’s most experienced structural engineers in matters relating to seismic design and evaluations, and in blast design and blast effects on structures. He is still active in business development, client liaison, project management, and technical design.A graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A.Sc.
