During my six years at Kingstons Project Management, I graduated top of my class with a Master's in Construction Management, demonstrating how closely our work aligns with the latest industry knowledge. After working with this exceptional team, I was honored to be promoted to be one of the Directors of the company. Rene is an experienced client-side Development Manager who has gained a solid understanding of the local property development market and especially understands the intricacies of how projects are funded in New Zealand. Most recently, Rene was working within the Conrad Properties Group, for the funds management arm of the business, and responsible for Investor Relations. Prior to that that Rene was a Director of a large NZ based private development company with an asset base of over NZD $2B, where she oversaw all aspects of the various developments, from initial feasibility and site acquisition ($5-$55m), through to the successful delivery of the project on site.
