- Led POC for GE Healthcare spin-off, creating a custom push-button reset feature that resets a computer “Keep my files” and enabling Autopilot migration to new Azure Intune environment. Developed backup settings using USMT, remove from legacy domain, perform Sysprep to OOBE for a seamless transition, new Core apps installed by Intune.- Maintain and continuous improvement of the GE Windows Maintenance Service. In operation since October 2021, facilitated over 880k BIOS updates across 140 different computer models from four manufacturers. Greatly reduced open critical Bios updates. Driver update feature in operation since April 2022, facilitated 180k driver package upgrades.- Constantly improve GE CleanUp Service product, recently updated to .NET 6.0 (LTS). Since we went live with GE CleanUp Service in May 2021, 1.1 PByte of unnecessary files have been cleaned from computer with low disk space.- Collaborated with a team member to create and maintain a customized PC Transfer Assistant tool using WPF, .NET 5/6/7, C#, MVVM, and USMT. Over four years, continuously improved the tool, the self-service tool seamlessly transferred data and settings from 72k computers for PC refreshes, reducing the need for manual transfer by users or local support staff. I provide input on core applications and create new packages for testing as part of the image process.

- Implemented push-button reset feature to restore a GE ‘ized image after a reset instead of a vanilla OS. Unnecessary recovery partition of 16GB removed from 17k computers to free up additional disk space.- 2019 no solution was available in the market that met our needs for BIOS updates (600 models, various manufacturers, up to 34 BIOS versions per model. To address this, I designed and developed the GE Windows Maintenance Service, a Windows service based on .NET Core 3.1/C#/Azure CDN storage. The service is updating BIOS and Drivers on 220k computers. Since Oct. 2021, the service has facilitated over 423k BIOS updates, which has resolved numerous issues caused by outdated versions, improved reliability and performance, and increased security.- As the developer and maintainer of the GE CleanUp Service, a Windows Service based on .NET Core 3.1/C#/Azure CDN storage, I have continuously improved the service since it went live in May 2021. The service is installed on computers with less free disk space, which was 55k computers at the time. I have constantly improved the service by discovering and deleting unnecessary files and folders to reduce the number of machines with low disk space.- Collaborated with a team member to create and maintain a customized PC Refresh Wizard/PC Transfer Assistant tool using WPF, .NET Framework 4.x/NET 5/6/7, C#, MVVM, and Microsoft’s USMT. Over three and a half years, continuously improved the tool, the self-service tool seamlessly transferred data and settings from 62k computers to new computers, reducing the need for manual transfer by users or local support staff.- Development and operation of the Endpoint Assistant-Dashboard, an Azure Web App Service based on ASP.NET Core Blazor/Bootstrap 4/SQLite. This replaced the previous dashboard based on Apache/PHP and is used to generate different reports and KPIs for the 220k Windows endpoints.

- As a member of the GE Sentry Pilot project, I played a key role in testing the migration of user data to Azure AD accounts. I also evaluated the potential use of ES-R, UE-V, and Redirection of known folders to Box/OneDrive for Business, and provided valuable feedback to the team. This testing also involved testing Windows 10 Redstone 4, which was necessary to test those features.- Recognizing the need for a self-service tool to transfer user settings and data to new computers, I developed a proof of concept using a Windows Form application, C#, and Microsoft's USMT. Our team successfully demonstrated that we could create a solution for GE, leading to the development of the MyTech PC Refresh Wizard. This tool allowed for a self-service solution that reduced the burden on local IT staff, especially in light of the Linus project. Prior to its development, there was no global tool available within the company for this purpose, and users either had to transfer data manually or use one of several semi-automated tools from different outsourcing partners.- Developed a web-based dashboard using Apache, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, AngularJS 1.6.x, and Bootstrap, featuring multiple KPI pages to track usage of the MyTech PC Refresh Wizard tool by users.- Involved in several proof-of-concept (POC) projects to explore new technologies, including utilizing Azure REST API web services from a Windows Forms application, testing Azure Machine Learning Studio by creating experiments and consuming predictions to determine its potential applications, and testing bots with QnA Maker/Azure web App Bot for usage in Microsoft Teams.
