As partner | Director of Whitewood’s Asset Management Services team, my goal is to maximise asset value and return on investment for our clients.I work closely with international clients across borders to identify investment opportunities and drive performance of assets and increase ROI. I do this through close collaboration with our network in Capital Markets, Research and IPM. Our relationships with world class advisors and investors is paramount to what we do. Our ideas and innovation mean we can identify unique opportunities for our clients.My experience started when I graduated in Business Economics and in Management Economics and Law and went on to pursue a career with the international property consultancy agency Jones Lang LaSalle. After working for seven fruitful and successful years as an account manager in the real estate management department, I joined the Consultancy and Engineering firm Oranjewoud to gain more in-depth knowledge on developments in the property sector. I moved on to further develop my career with the Euro American Investors Group. As asset manager I was involved in buying and selling real estate and ensuring that the property portfolios I managed yielded optimum results. Late in 2006, I started Urban Properties, an independent asset- and property management firm that specialises in the profitable operation of the management of portfolios.
