After 22 years being employed by Plumbing Plus as Operations Manager, I have taken a new path. This path includes acquiring my Realtors license. I am currently investigating new opportunities to pursue as my career is concerned. I have been in management for 20 + years acting in many capacities. Most recently, my role as Operations Manager of a small local owned plumbing service business. Upon my turn to Plumbing Plus 2011, (4 year separation from 2008 to 2011 due to the downturn of our economy) My main focus was the accounting system up and functioning, collections and back taxes filed ( 3 years). I developed an online presence within many cloud based areas. Increased sales 250% in under 20 months. Earned and gained the trust of the community as well as our vendors which in turned increased sales and profitability. Our online presence and reviews continued to grow positively.Managed all aspects of the business including Master Scheduler, A.P, A/R, HR, Insurance controls, finaceal's, budgets, and most importantly CUSTOMER RETENTION. My approach: "Treat others how I would want to be treated" and being respectful of clients time My reputation grew as did the trust in the community knowing I would go the extra mile to ensure the best positive experience available My communication skills and knowledge of the business was a great asset to the business as my sales and projections were reached monthly.During my 4 year separation, I worked with NACM Business Credit Management. As a Commercial Collection Specialist, I was responsible for negotiating with many sized businesses to resolve conflict and payment. As you are aware, 2008 /2010 was very challenging times for all. Ongoing training enabled me to maintained an average of 97% of monthly goals often times being collector of the month. My ability to communicate, negotiate and be pleasant allowed me to achieve goals set forth by management "ALWAYS STAY HUMBLE AND KIND"

Started as a receptionist in 1997, worked into the office management position and later returned as Operations Manager. I ran all aspects of this well known, highly respected Plumbing Service company. My Customer relation skills, knowledge of the business and determination allowed me to grow the business and increased sales by 250% the first 2 years in returning. I was responsible for all aspects of finances, accounting, budgeting, HR, A/P, A/R, Insurance management and being the master scheduler.The online presence created by me increased sales and the bottom line, Our reviews started increasing almost immediately upon my return.

Managed 400 + business collection accounts monthly, maintaining 97% of budget monthly if not higher. Often being Collector of the month. Negotiation and communication skills training was on going and I became very effective in both areas. Collecting as much as a million in one month happened often.
