I have developed a passion for helping steer our business through data while keeping closely in touch with our business peers to add value where I can.For my age, I look back on a vast amount of business experience in various international settings. I have lived and worked in three countries, I have kept in touch with colleagues all over the world at least through digital means, and I am well versed in communicating openly, honestly, and across cultural differences.In my current role as the Director of FP&A, I have gained valuable experience through merger activities including exposure to consulting groups and potential investors, company audits, and through direct interactions with our C suite and senior leadership to help successfully steer the company through various projects and crises over the years.I value a collaborative work environment focused on getting things done and on helping advance our mission. For that, I have emphasized building up a strong network within my company, I have positioned the FP&A team to become true business partners, and I have mentored and coached various new hires and trainees all while maintaining an amenable and supportive work style.
