FUNCTIONAL GOAL• Establish new Warehouse operation process and create a Warehouse team• Establish new Logistics operation process and create a Logistics team• Monitor the current fleet and utilize all assets and manpower• Ensure efficient and accurate deliveries of all sales order• Oversee the operations for both Makati Warehouse and Carmona WarehouseKEY TASKSMakati Warehouse (Warehouse Inventory/Distribution Center)- Establish a new team who will handle the day to day operation- Coordinate with Sales Department for customer requirements- Ensure the all Sales orders encoded on the system will be dispatched the following day- Ensure that all products FG, RM and other materials are available- Ensure that all sales request related to warehouse, logistics and distribution are attended- Daily monitoring of inbound and outbound operation- Coordinate with service providers for other requirement (domestic freight, import and trucking)- Monitor own fleet and drivers- Attend to all customer and sales requirement- Ensure that contractors and subcontractor are enlisted, accredited and competent.Carmona Warehouse (Warehouse inventory/local transfer/Vizmin Hub)- Establish and new team who will handle the day to day- Coordinate with other department for their material request- Coordinate with forwarder/broker for new incoming and outbound materials- Ensure that all inventories are accounted and provide daily report- Ensure smooth warehouse transaction- Handles incoming and outbound materials for both local and international suppliers.
