TC ENERGY,From May 04, 2020 to march 31, 2022 Turnover Commissioning Lead: South of Texas Tuxpan Pipeline Project, Tuxpan Tula Pipeline Project, Tula Villa de Reyes Villa Pipeline Project, EOM Flow Reversal Pipeline Project, and Low Volume Interconnections.Tasks performed:• Coordinate the interface between the Construction and Commissioning stages through the application of the Green Tag to the systems and subsystems.• Coordinate the necessary information to update Commissioning Procedures for each project.Coordinate Quality Records and Commissioning Records for signing Project Delivery Memorandums.• Track the punchlist from the transfer of construction to the commissioning team until the completion of final tests of the systems.• Primary contact between the On-Site Commissioning team, Construction Manager, Vendor Representatives and Manager – Operations Technicians to resolve technical issues in a manner that minimizes impact on time and budget.• Responsible for delivery of final commissioning dossier.TC ENERGY,From May 30, 2016, to May 2020 Pachuca, Hgo., Túxpan Ver, Méx. Quality Engineer, Túxpan – Tula Pipeline ProjectTasks performed:• Perform daily inspections and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed. • Inspection and checking all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.• Coordinate inspection and meeting about quality problems.• Reports to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System. Keep track of the QA / QC documents of the entire project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.• Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction.• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety and environmental analysis, Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project. Audit the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.• Revision and authorization of as-built drawings. Conformation and revision of final book dossier of construction.• Perform material receipt inspection to ensure components are free of defects and ensure engineering conformance.
