Even as a teenager, I was aiming for a technical profession and after my training as a precision mechanic, I realised my passion for adhesive bonding technology. I am thrilled when we, as specialists, are faced with technical challenges, when our creativity is challenged as a team and when we sometimes take "exotic" paths in the development of special solutions for our customers all over the world.Today, I manage 70 employees in different companies, each of whom has a special expertise in the field of adhesives. Here, sustainable management and the responsible use of our resources are close to my heart - for example, in the use of environmentally friendly product components or the ecological design of working conditions.I also continue my technical crafts in my private life and restore old bikes in vintage style. Or I try to improve my playing technique on the tennis court at TC Bedburg.
