Iocc Director
Current- Management and coordination of Network Operations with Customer Service areas, Airports and Hubs, Network Planning, Scheduling, Crew Planning, etc.- Management IOCC, Flight Dispatch, Load planning, Operations Engineering processes in the multiAOC company environment (SOC and Flight Dispatch Centers at SAL, TGU, GUA, LIM and SJO Ops Centers).- Maintain regulatory compliance and flight safety in flight operations (fleet planning, dispatch, load planning) in the multiAOC operational model.- Maximize fleet utilization, OTP and Schedule completions as possible by means of an efficient fleet planning and day to day operations management. - Contribute to obtain the best possible passenger satisfaction and lowers operating cost by means of an efficient management of regular and irregular operations. - Management of fleet balance of the multi operator model (multi AOC) of Avianca.- Performance and route analysis of different fleets for commercial and network planning.- Management of ACARS, EFB, Jeppesen projects with their contracts and negotiations.- Management of ACMI operations - Continuous process improvement responsibilities through quality control and root cause analysis- Budgeting- Training and hiring requirement responsibilities.- Process and procedure development according to current systems, in-house developments, external requirements, etc. - Implementation, sponsoring and project management of integrated systems of IOCC (Ops Control, Crew, Flight planning, W&B, Air-gnd comms, in-house developments, metrics, etc.)
