I have had three happy and fruitful decades in the hospitality sector, owning and operating my own restaurants 'Uncle' in St Kilda and Melbourne CBD for the last decade. I am due to graduate in mid-2025.At present, I am privileged to serve as the Project Lead - Reconciliation for Cassinia Community, the esteemed social impact division of Cassinia Environmental. In this capacity, I have fostered relationships with diverse stakeholders, ranging from traditional owners to parliamentary ministers. Our collective vision is to secure funding and transform this project into a beacon of national reconciliation, hope, and inspiration.
