Factory & Operational Management in combination with Operational Excellence. I have extensive experience in continuously delivering result, and using my unique operational understanding of flow, capacity and waste to continuously identify potentials and implementing improvements, using a structured data-driven & detailed hands-on approach with an emphatic inclusion of people surrounding me.I am currently the Global Head of Operational Excellence - Blades, within SiemensGamesa at n-3 level in a massive global organization (since 2018). My current areas of responsibility are;- Operational support, where we as internal consultants are deployed into plants that are struggling with delivering on output, and supporting the plants in operational structures and deploying operational experience, and in most cases taking over the actual operations.- Data-driven Benchmarking, where we analyze different operational parameters, identify potentials and best practices, and support the implementation of improved processes and best practice across the organization- Capacity assurance, where we analyze the global capacities across all plants and operational segments, to highlight capacity issues and operational bottlenecks, and continuously support the required capacity and eliminating bottlenecks- Lean structures, where we manage to overarching Continuous Improvement framework, assessing all plants according to multiple parameters and support in continuously improving the level of the individual plants, and supporting the local Lean Roadmaps. I also have experience as Operations Manager (Factory Manager) with 500 employees and all relevant operational support functions within the team. I have a track record of delivering results, and during my period as Operations Manager we were able to increase output and reduce hc to 350. One operational area was improved by more than 300% productivity per employee and other departments with between 20% and 30%.
