I am a person with passion for renewable energy. Being at safety and quality focused person, I’m still able to work structured under pressure. Furthermore, I have technical, electrical, crane training, and TWI experience in the wind industry. Being a fast-learning person, I’m 100% committed to my job. I am a 47-year-old married man from Esbjerg, with two adult children. It is therefore possible for me to concentrate on developing my professional skills. And traveling is not a problem for me. For a number of years, I have been working in the offshore- / onshore wind industry in Norway, Amsterdam Netherlands, Esbjerg harbor Denmark, Cuxhaven Germany and Putian China.In my present position with Siemens-Gamesa I work as Quality inspector at the Kaskasi, Hywind Tamper and Fryslan project. My duties as inspector include incoming inspection and doing the walk down. Making NCR and check that all inspections have been completed and properly reported before the nacelle and tower are going offshore.I have been working as a team leader, technical/electrical technician, crane operator and CAP trainer in the DD hall in Esbjerg harbor for some years. I have also been working as a global trainer with Siemens Gamesa in Cuxhaven Germany and Putian China. At both worksites I trained the local teams in preassembly and crane operations.Prior to my present position with Siemens Gamesa in Esbjerg harbor, I was team leader in finally assembly. My duties included making the nacelles ready for walk down, to complete the walk down and to supervise the daily work of the team on the nacelles. My career with wind turbines started in 2013 with a 2-year period as Wind Turbine Technician. Initially building towers for 3.6, 4.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 megawatts nacelle. Later working in all departments for the mechanical and electrical part. With a thorough technical knowledge, I was ready to step up and become a Team Leader.You should invite me for an interview if you are looking for a person always willing to go the extra mile when needed.
