With over 25 years of experience in innovation management and startup development, I co-founded and served on the executive boards of multiple companies and organizations. These include Baltic Innovation Agency, Tartu Science Park, Buildit Accelerator, Institute of Baltic Studies, Tartu Biotechnology Park, Smart City Lab, Innopolis, and Connect Estonia.Throughout my career, I have been involved in more than 100 Estonian and international projects and initiatives related to innovation and technology management, startup and cluster development. As an investor and investment committee member of 4 Buildit investment funds in Estonia and Latvia and as a member of the Estonian Business Angel Network EstBAN, I am passionate about supporting and investing in up-and-coming and exciting startups. Over the last years, I have invested in 80+ startups, from hardware to creative industries.In addition to my professional work, I hold a Master's degree in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Tartu and a Certificat d'Etudes Politiques from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Strasbourg (Sciences Po) at Université de Robert Schuman. I have taught several courses on European Union institutions, policies, and project management at the University of Tartu.
