My responsibilities encompass the administrative tasks done for Mammoth Mountain Ski Area’s employee housing. This includes very precise data entry of rental rates, housing payroll deductions, resident profiles, continued maintenance of our database, the signing of license agreements, creating and updating proof of residency documents, managing confidential and sensitive information, and checking residents into housing.

Tamarack Lodge and Resort is a top-rated, historic, boutique resort in one of the most beautiful and challenging locations in Mammoth Lakes, California.I managed the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping teams ensuring clear communications and smooth operations between each department. I handled scheduling, timekeeping, multiple inventories, purchasing and invoicing responsibilities, conducted interviews, hired and trained new staff, did VIP inspections, created new training materials for each of our departments, and maintained documents with updated goals on a daily and weekly basis.I was also trained in sourcing, procurement, and financial receiving. I have extensive knowledge in Visual One, Inntopia, SynXis, Sirius Sales, Kronos, Workday, UKG, Avendra, Dynamics 365, and OTA (third party online travel agency) management.I was involved in the full guest experience often helping with guest recovery, front desk work, reservations, continental breakfast, housekeeping tasks, and critical maintenance needs when staffing demanded it; I showed up each day to fulfill the role that was needed. This was an extraordinarily unique property and I managed it during the largest recorded snow season. I worked during unexpected, multi-day road closures requiring me to guide on-site staff members and over 60 guests through emergency situations due to intense, consecutive atmospheric rivers that made it impossible for anyone to leave or arrive at our property.Following these intense storms the lodge closed for 3 months and remained fully staffed. I spent everyday coordinating workloads between our staff and contractors, shoveling fully submerged cabins, digging out propane regulators to ground level, mitigating power outages, calling guests who would be affected by our closure to cancel, transfer, or reschedule their stay, created a 40 page document of all property damages, and worked tirelessly until our property was once again safe, guest-ready, and open.

I worked in the post anesthesia care unit (PACU) where patients stayed directly before and after their surgeries.I scheduled emergency surgeries by finding the patient in the ER system, ensuring everything was coded properly for insurance purposes, reached out to the on-call surgeon, and input their orders directly so that the OR could prepare accordingly.In addition to emergency surgeries, I also scheduled several out-patient procedures and infusions, maintained patient files and medical histories, and handled patient bed transfers between the ER, PACU, OR, and Med Surg.

I operated the historic Zeiss telescope while presenting and teaching the public about various astronomical and scientific topics.I helped facilitate the School Program shift for kids on field trip as well as other scientific outreach events in the greater Los Angeles area.

Facilitated Garden Class for the 423 students of Spring Valley Elementary School; this included adapting curriculum for each grade level, kindergarten through 5th grade, as well as maintaining the school garden.

Fully outfit and informed customers in sales, did basic bike shop services,attended to customer service duties, worked the cash registers, helped with inventory, stocking, and more.Met with company vendors at demo days in Joshua Tree and relayed info back to the retail team.I was fully trained in every department and gained a very well-rounded mastery of outdoor retail.
