Serve as an expert in the key elements of the Security Operations Center including; maintaining exceptionally high standards in customer service, analyze security issues as they relate to the campus security systems and report identified issues to the appropriate support organization. Serve as the primary communications point for Security and Emergency Response for the ExxonMobil Houston Campus.Monitor alarm systems and CCTV/Access Control for over 20 buildings within the campus. Dispatch Security officers, Police officers and Emergency Services as needed.Act as the primary point of contact for the SOC in the absence of the SOC Manager.Responsible for the preparation of various Daily and Monthly Statistical Reports.Data entry using Vidsys, MS Word and Excel. Related systems monitored/used; OnGuard Lenel Alarm monitoring, Video Viewer, ID Credential and Lenel System Administration.

Serve as the central communications point for In-house and contract security officers.Monitor alarm systems for multiple locations throughout the Texas Medical Center Campus and contact TMC Security Officers, Police Officers, or City of Houston Fire Department as needed.Monitor multiple systems during inclement weather.Receive after-hours calls for Parking Services, Facilities Operations, and Customer Relations.Responsible for the preparation of various Daily and Monthly Statistical Reports.Data entry using BadgeSE, CADSE, MS Word and Excel.

Receive calls for immediate/appointment ambulance transport.Dispatch appropriately skilled ambulance personnel. Monitor personnel locations and chart travel routes as needed.

Receive calls from the public requesting information relating to Game Laws as well as other Parks and Wildlife related matters.Prepare complaint reports for game violation and Operation Game Thief calls, Hazardous Materials incidents and notify appropriate personnel.Responsible for assisting over 100 Game Wardens with calls for service, running boat and vehicle registrations, criminal histories, and other related tasks.

Answer calls for Fire, Police, EMS and dispatch appropriate units.Extensive use of several computers including agency terminal, TLETS/NLETS, and 911.Proofread/Edit officer's reports, process prisoner’s in/out of jail facility, maintain warrant files, and prepare paperwork for prisoner transports.

Prepare purchase orders, cash/check requisitions, maintain & track departmental budget.Record, research, and manage Police Records System, including authorized access, copy preparation, and security of files.Extensive use of office equipment including multi-line telephones, computers, copiers, and fax machines.
