A young man from a simple background, raised on the outskirts of São Paulo and who attended public school until he reached the age of majority. At the age of 16, he got his first job and a vocational course, reconciling night studies with part-time work.At the age of 19, he had the opportunity to work in the Human Resources sector of a large industry with more than 120 years of existence. There he lived with people who were fundamental for his professional and educational progression, even influencing the decision of the Bachelor in Human Resources Management.In 2010, he was invited to assume the position of administrator at the Regional Council of Medicine of the State of São Paulo, Federal Government, after approval in a public tender. He started out in a small department responsible for issuing severance funds to directors, physicians appointed by senior management, advisors, and employees. After 6 years, he already managed contracts for airline tickets and land transport, in addition to acting as head of department at the request of the Treasury.During 2017, he received an invitation to act as manager and head of the Interior Regional Stations, which at the time totaled 27 units throughout the state and more than 60 employees. In the same year, he took the entrance exam for the postgraduate course in Specialization in Management and External Control of Public Accounts, completing the specialization in November 2022.During 2019, it accepted a new proposal, this time to manage and lead all state units, at the time 37 regional units that together exceeded 100 employees. Several units were renovated and opened during this period, benefiting thousands of residents who need the services provided, in addition to acting as a manager in the acquisition of a new property.In July 2022, he was responsible for operationalizing the Cremesp Mobile Care Unit, benefiting over a thousand doctors and medical students in just a few months, providing quality care directly at their workplaces and educational institutions. Throughout the year 2023, over 6000 face-to-face appointments were conducted across the state of São Paulo. This pioneering action in Brazil within the realm of Medical Councils brought ease and efficiency to service provision and has been highly praised by doctors and students, serving as a model for other Medical Councils in the country that have also adopted the initiative.In November 2023, a new challenge was initiated: to work on Quality Management, using the ISO 9001:2015.
