Leading cross-functional teams, we've developed a strategic roadmap and executed initiatives that have tangibly advanced the enterprise's mission and the national innovation ecosystem. My tenure at MaRS has been marked by a commitment to fostering collaborative relationships and solving complex problems through analysis, strategic insight, and initiative execution. Prior to my time at MaRS, I spent 7 years in 2 consultancies in the private sector helping large multinationals to build and achieve their strategic roadmaps as a trusted client advisor. As a subject matter expert, I was actively involved with the introduction of new services and products in both consultancies as they pursued opportunities to unlock aggressive product led growth and scale.
