(Position terminated due to the covid-19 crisis)Consultant and lead on approximately 30 technical projects and assignmentsKey Responsibilities• Consultant on tasks related to load and vibration response of buildings and structures• Instrumentation and measurement of structural response: wind-, wave-, pedestrian- and railway-induced vibration • Theoretical analysis of buildings, structures and offshore wind turbines • Finite Element Analysis of dynamical properties of structures • Aerodynamic calculation applying Eurocode - methods, including Vortex Induced Vibration and resonance, peak wind loads and terrain profiles • Project management: Project - scoping, budgeting and planning of projectsAchievements• I was the sole consultant and responsible of a project spanning 1.5 years, for the company’s largest customer. This involved project management, planning of measurement campaigns, analyses and calculations, with assessment and final approval of the customer’s new product line• Improving my engineering skills and agility through solving various technical tasks at a high level of complexity• Being up-to-date with most recent technology, trends and best practices, within various indus- tries, e.g. the structural- and wind energy industry

Key Responsibilities• Specialist within Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs and condition monitoring programs• Vibration analysis, troubleshooting and failure analysis of pumps, vents, ship engines, genera-tors and gearboxes in wind turbines• Providing condition-based maintenance strategies for the customers• Application of ISO-standards for vibration severity levels• Setup and installation of on-line conditioning monitoring systems: vibration sensors, cabling network, software and database configurationAchievements• Prevention of costly machine failures in e.g. production facilities, of offshore wind turbines and vessels, by utilizing analysis of machine vibration measurements• The estimated savings for our biggest customers,by preventing failures of their machinery, thus lost production time: up to 20mill. DKK.
