SimplyVision has been established 2008 by four IT consultants that were engaged in long-year projects in a major Pharma company in Basel. Although the company had started as a pure IT service provider, our scope soon extended to other areas on clients requests. APMs (Application Portfolio Managers) are responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of client applications to Roche business customers according to agreed timelines and quality, with an optimal experience for the end user. This involves managing customers requests, gathering customer and service desk inputs, and the continuous optimization of the implemented delivery processes. Main responsibilities of AP (Application Provisioning) are:• Managing all delivery and portfolio aspects for applications that are running on platforms as Windows (SCCM), Mac (CASP) and Smartweb (Citrix)• Coordinating change requests throughout the life-cycle of the application and overseeing and coordinating and implementing configuration items administration (HPSM/SNow)• Driving operational activities to successful completion, ensuring continuous delivery on results according the agreed service levels (SLAs) and managing incidents, problems, changes and releases• Tuning capacity and performance by fostering an environment of continuous improvement• Interfacing with functional teams to coordinate all customer impacting activities, such as release management, change management, QA, GxP, etc…• Managing internal and external customer situations including problem resource management, internal and external communication and overall escalation• Establishing culture of learning, coaching, and collaboration
