Communications And Organizational Effectiveness Specialist
Current- Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement communication plans for global HR programs and changes effectively in Mexico.
- To align and leverage Global HR communication tools
- To processes HR Mexico communications adjusting contextually and culturally.
- Write, proofread, edit, and translate communication materials. Translations can be both ways (English to Spanish; Spanish to English). HR programs include, but not limited to, making updates on HR Communications.
- Maintain Spanish Translations Guidelines and Standards document.
