Developed, managed, and maintained program and strategies to provide individuals, corporate, and community groups opportunity to contribute to work of organization and support families with children receiving medical assistance.• Improved meal provider program, which was most popular volunteer opportunity and expanded program to its highest participation level (In 2019, 1052 meals provided out of 1095 meals = 96% of meals were provided; 4,960 volunteers in FY 2019).• Recruited, trained, and managed corporate and other groups in cleaning team program (248 volunteers in FY 2019).• Trained, scheduled, managed, and acknowledged House volunteer program (77 volunteers in FY 2019).• Scheduled, trained, and managed corporate and other groups for all special events (257 volunteers in FY 2019).• Coordinated corporate and other group donation drives and scheduled deliveries to offset organizational costs.• Implemented therapy pet visits to house and scheduled numerous dogs and one pig to provide companionship with families.• Invited and scheduled various musicians, performers, and activity groups to bring joy and happiness to house.• Collaborated with corporations to organize specific corporate volunteer events for individualized experiences and served as point of contact.• Partnered with six NCL chapters and three YMSL chapter liaisons to maximize chapter’s involvement in organization’s opportunities.• Oriented all new interns and reviewed policies and procedures; served as their secondary supervisor.• Created Mary Pendleton Volunteer Appreciation Award and organized annual appreciation event.
