Create revenue recognition reports for internal stakeholders.• Liaison with account teams to prepare project estimates, track purchase orders, oversee workflow for vendor invoices, and coordinate vendor payments.• Communicate with APR (Advertising Production Resources) to obtain estimate and billing approvals and produce audit closing reports, ensuring invoice and project completion. • Review and approve all employee travel expenses to audit policy compliance. Present annual T&E training for agency employees for billable and non-billable travel. • Support the 2018 UM media audit and assist in team trainings and projects.
