• Managed Rita’s Italian Ice franchise locations at PNC Park and PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA, including management of product supply and delivery and employee scheduling and performance at event venues • Dispensed product, collected and registered receipts and performed customer service responsibilities

I got the chance to oversee the whole operation of event planning operation. I was able to go to Client showings of event venues and work with Andrea to to decorate the venues for weddings. I also participated in Client phone meetings and helped to review client contracts to understand how the contract process works.

I have had the opportunity to teach five year olds Tap, Jazz and Ballet. I also had the opportunity to observe the behind the scenes activities of the business including client billing and the details of putting on a theater production.
